We tested all morning. For history, we worked on our World History maps next layer, Medieval Europe. This layer is due on Friday, May 11.
We discussed yesterday's reading of the novel, and then worked on our Passion Projects. We will be begin presenting our projects next week.
We finished up our PenPal school projects, and then we started research on Renaissance artists, writers, scientists, etc. for our next project. We also started on the final layer of our World History Map project.

We are on block scheduling due to testing. Today in class, we took the STAR reading test and worked on our My Place poem. Also, we watched our #Gridpals flipgrid responses to Ch. 1 of the novel. I also assigned Ch. 5 pages 120-152; stop at the break in the page.
Yesterday, the internet was down. Here is the homework for yesterday: We started Ch. 5 in our novel. We read pages 97-120, stopping at Inigo. We answered the following questions in our notebooks: 1. Who is the Man in Black? 2. Why is Buttercup kidnapped? Who kidnaps her? 3. What does "inconceivable" mean? 4. Why does the Man in Black follow the kidnappers? We are on a block schedule today and tomorrow. We watched a movie on the Renaissance.
We answered questions on Ch. 1 of the novel The Princess Bride in our Flipgrid with our #Gridpals. Also, we worked on our Portfolios.
